2.3L ('83-'97) High intake temps (radiator fan shroud?)

I have a few elephants in the room to take care of like getting the transmission in my F350 working (or buy an interim beater full size to tow and haul the camper) and swapping the front diff and tires for my '00 Explorer so the wife can do the truck pull in it again (I'm sure she's going to want to) which all happens the week after labor day!

Cool wife! Get some video for us. I've always wanted to do a truck pull.. never really had anything worthy or that I was willing to possibly grenade though lol.

A few years ago they did first time pullers got into the event for free and I pondered out that I don't care about the axles in the Explorer and chances of breaking it are slim to none so went with that, it's been 3 or so years at this point but my stock of 31"ish agressive tires sucks, last year I gambled with the all season tires off of the green explorer and it got spanked by two 4L Jeep's (both friends...), this year I picked up some cheap mud terrains so that should help... the problem is I need to find wheels in my stash to put them on and change the front diff since it vibrates like a mofo over 45 (30 mile drive to the event) and well I have a spare... Turns out tractor pulling a V8 Explorer is pretty uneventful other than the rear end squatting bad, the silly traction bars work... when it stopped last year there were 3 black spots in the dirt where the tires were spinning since they wouldn't bite...
