Anyone seen this crazy semi before?

Came across this on the ol' internet. Can't believe I've never seen or heard of this before. Its a twin v12 diesel with 12 blowers! Talk about getting a chub just looking at it... Oh and it has 8 bottles of NOS as well. There's tons of pictures of this thing on google... Seriously? how did I not know about this beast until now! I wonder how much them engines weigh. Engines alone look about the size of a small car. Enough of the cybertruck talk and more about this beast.
