Anyone Running A SuperLift 2000 To 2009??

I LOL'd a few times in this thread. Not gonna do any quotes...but here goes....

Since you've gotta remove the keys anyway, I HIGHLY suggest finding 98-07 STOCK Ranger torsion keys. You're already in there, it'll allow you to clear more, and it's perfectly safe.

The way you get under chassis clearence: taller tires. The way to get taller tires: lift kit. 33x12.50's fit great and look great on this kit. This idea of putting on a lift with just 31" stock sized tires, is simply a retarded waste of $2200 or whatever without putting bigger tires on it. Hell, I think 31's are too small for a stock truck as it is.

It's an Fx4, he's got 4.10's as those are stock to all Fx4 models. It's 'acceptable' for up to 35's with that gear.

I am a DH mountain biker and as such I drive to the top of mtns and ride down the trails. The roads up are mainly dirt roads or old abandon logging roads with water erosion and trees fallen across. There are very few big rocks, stumps or things to get me hung up on my axles.

The type of riding I do.

I took the FX4 up some of the local roads to get to the trails and I hit the running board and the rear bumper in a few spots. I have not even taken it up some of the harder trails yet. This is why I want a lift. I am not looking to do any gnarly 4x4ing.

I will be installing the lift myself. Rocky Mountain Suspension is still waiting to get in the drive shaft and skid plate from super lift. Once I get it all one I will start a build tread and link to it from hear.

aight thanks man i appreciate it. if you don't mind can you do a before and after picture? like park it some where and take a picture not lifted and then after you lift it park it in the same place and take another picture. i'd really appreciate it man and please do on the build thread. i think i might be doing this lift too and i'm unsure if i am going to try and install it myself. goodluck man!
