Opinion...visually it looks just fine, and the old style chrome rims set it off just right,
Anything else you add to the exterior, especially if chrome or not the same color, will draw your eye right to it, and away from the truck.
I'd leave it just the way it sits.. Maybe start to work up interior mods.
