Good to know! I guess I meant collector value. They do have value to me; I suppose that's why we still have them. Some of the track actually belonged to my uncle, so it's a good bit older than me! I hope someday I can build track with my grandkids!
I also have a couple of boxes of Tonka trucks in the shed from when I was a kid. My brother and I did construction projects all summer long in the yard. Some of those were my Dad's, from the late 50's. They're rusty and creaky, but nary a plastic piece on them so they still get the job done.
