Found this on my new-to-me Bronco II...any idea what this plug is for?
Factory Fog Lights?

Thanks

It is the DRL module plug, and you have a dummy module in it (not DRL equiped), only Canada got DRL in 1990+... I spent a ton of time hunting for it myself and figuring it out.

You can get the DRL module from partsgeek, rockauto (they are pricey for a $2 relay and $5 worth of plastic/resistor/etc - like $150), and might maybe be able to find one in a canadian junkyard or a US 'yard really close to the CAN border.

Came across this same plug on my '90 BII for the first time just last week, when I was installing my new hood pad, and wondered what it was - now I know!
I put in my own version of DRL: 4 of those yellow/reddish LEDs spaced evenly inside the grille, like modern trucks have. I really like the look. Have them turn on with the ignition, cost all of maybe $10.

Would love to see a pic or 2 :)

These are the lights. Even cheaper than I remembered, 10 for $9 really a steal in my opinion, they look fantastic and I have a bunch left:

As I recall, I made small brackets to mount the lights out of aluminum, wired them together and hooked the power feed up to a fuse that is triggered by turning on the ignition. So they are always on while driving. It was easy to take out the entire grille to do the mounting on the bench, 4 screws maybe. Probably I could have used that plug near the radiator frame to power the lights.

They look good.
I recently mounted a pair of hellas on mine, replacing a cheap light bar the previous owner had.

Maybe I could mount some DRLs higher in the grill.
Thanks for sharing :)

Nice! I recently considered adding Hellas or similar, since my regular headlights aren't that strong but then I realized I have never aimed them properly (mainly because I did not have the proper small metric socket/wrench required to do the adjustments, I think it's 4 mm or around there - which I now do, so need to do the adjustments first then decide if I need more lights. With the main beams on, the lighting is fine).
If I were you, I would mount DLRs in the top of the three rows, and I can recommend getting that Amazon set I linked, clearly (pun intended).
