Went ahead and got started mounting the pivot brackets so I would know how long to make the arms . The arms will be 6" longer than stock . 38.25" from pivot bracket to center of the axle .

This pic shows the stock arm in the stock location .

Had to cut about a 1.375" off the brackets to clear the stock transfer skid .

That .120 wall tubing on the bottom didn't hold up very well . I wonder if they would of been plated all the way down on both sides if that would of happened .

I don't think I can bend the thick wall stuff with my bender .

Your PM box is full, so I am going to thread jack and post this here. And I would like your input.

This is from the guy that tunes my car. You kinda sparked my interest, but at the same time I am still worried about running it.

You cannot trust e85 , one day it might be 101 octane and the next 94 you tune for the 101 and get the 94 and BOOM , Have 2 engines in now I am building because of e85

The tuners were top notch , the parts on the cars couldnt be any better if I did it my self , both of these guys have been running this combo sence july 2010 and October 2010 flawlessly one blew in July 2011 and thr other Feb 2011

They e85 they bought this last time had lower octane and both the guys stated they could hear spark knock just befor the engines went , I have built over 30 engines because of e85 none of them I have tuned because I will not tune them or build engines if I know they are using e85 , E85 IS NOT A SAFE FUEL FOR PERFORMANCE

e85 IS NOT OCTANE REGULATED and does not have a regulated octane because the octane has to be changed slightly because of winter fuel and starting issues , uncle sam does not regulate the octane of e85 and you can find that FACT on the internet
