Hey guys, I cant for the life of me figure out whats going on. Today, I got in my truck and noticed that my rear speakers and my sub were not working. I took out my sub and rehooked up all the wires on the amp. I also zeroed out my h/u. When I turn it back on, the amp powers up and works at low volumes (far to low to hear tho). As soon as I get it closer to listening level, the amp goes into protect mode. I cannot figure out why. Any ideas?

FYI, Ive been using this same setup for about 3 years now and never had any problems with it in my truck or in my other car. Im running an 800w 4 ch amp powering one 10" woofer and two 6x9's

i had this problem on an older system of mine. what i found out was the amp was blown. not sure how it blew but it did.

its shorting out somewhere .. check all your hot wires

shorted out speaker, 3 years is a good run.
