Adding rear sway bar after axle flip??

Ok, so I going to install a rear sway bar kit...Addco #480 since I found that kit for $160ish. My question is this...I have done an axle flip and then installed 1" Belltech drop shackles to equate to a 3" drop in the rear. Will the Addco kit fit the rear after doing the axle flip???

IDK, it's going to depend on a few things. It's going to depend on how close they ran it towards the leaf packs and where it is mounted. I know from mine that you'll probably be OK. I am dropped 6" with leaf springs. I need to cut down my endlinks though, they are too long for as much drop as I have. You may need to flip the bar for a little more room.

Did your rear bar mount like this one at the bottom of the page? This looks like how the Addco bar is mounted. This is why I am not sure if it will work with the axle flip. The end links and the angle at which the bar mounts may not work.

Nope, mine looks nothing like that. I agree with you too, doesn't look like it would work with any kind of lowered suspension.
