Aces Killshot Fusion EFI Swap

second gear was blown out of it too....so yeah. probably too much power. guy also had a v6 one. they were done with a midplate cradle and custom radius arms.

not pretty. but i wanted it. wife was a solid fawk no....

so....i have a mahindra. its like a super lawn tractor...only 4wd

Dang... is your salsa from New York City too?

I came across my 8N just by chance, traded my blown (and not in a good way) 2000 with a 172 for this rode hard N along with $300. I probably have put another grand & change in it. Does what I need it to do, good on fuel, doesn’t take up much storage space. My newest project is the ‘89 1/2 ton with a 300/T18. Its a tractor in its own right.

Duraspark has fully and totally left the truck. Module is gone, coil is gone and all the wiring across the front of the truck that fed the module and coil are gone.

Inner fender is out to aide in wire routing below the heater box.

Schemes are being hatched how to wire this thing.

Fuel pump relay is currently fed by the the key power block. Switching the trigger wire to the EFI will be easy. Switching the wire from the choke to key power to activate the EFI will be easy.

Tach, efan and check engine light will be simple.

These all sound like famous last words...

The fan relay module is going to be a PITA to repin, it doesn't come apart easily. I suspect most of the drama will be with that. I also need to sort out why the A/C relay sticks on. The fans cycled with the temp sensor but once I turned the A/C on they would never turn off until I shut the truck off or pulled the relay. Swapping relays didn't make any difference.

There is a lot to do yet; two more fuel lines, install oxygen sensor, swap connectors for the dizzy, install dizzy, clean/paint and install bracket for coil etc
