ABS light is on code 16?

I have a 93 ranger and the abs light stays on, I get a code 16 saying everything is good. I checked the keep alive memory fuse and it is not blown. So any thoughts?

Is it 15 short and 1 long blink? Do you have rear only ABS?

Oppps...forgot to say this might be caused by the KAM fuse. Check it to see if it has blown.

Yes 15 short 1 long making it 16. It is rear anti lock brakes (RABS II). I checked the keep alive memory (KAM) fuse already and it is good.

My bad, I was disconnecting the orange/black wire before turning the ignition to the ON position, making it clear its memory and giving me a code 16. So, I rechecked the code correctly and received a code 9 replaced the rear abs speed sensor and solved the problem.
