99 ranger 4.0 ohv fuel shenanigans

smog exempt state so, not sure what i need to do here …
SCTx4 kam reset base 87 tune
getting codes p0171and p0174, truck running like absolute garbage.
sounds like piston slap timing retarded to -2 at one point. 4Low would engage

cleared tune.

before running the tuner to richen up WOT , getting code P1131 desc. lack of HO2S11 switches - sensor indicates lean see P2195
and p0171 - no description available. trucks windows and 4wd low wouldn’t work.

ran tune with 4% richer at WOT , got some power back , not a lot .
not sure if 4wd low is working since i flashed it on the highway and haven’t retried
popping codes P1151 and p0174 .

could it be TPS, or is this all emissions related.

for te record The little yellow hose that goes under the EGR thin on the drivers side wheel well let air pass through , towards manifold but not away(blowing into it. still won’t engage 4 low
