What are you looking for? Just the fabric or the headliner board? I got my fabric from stock interiors.com. The board you'll have to get from a salvage yard probably.

I took mine to a local guy and paid him to replace the fabric. He did a great job and it was cheaper and easier than any replacements I found online. Go get a quote and save the headache.

Probably not inexpensive, but I think LMC Truck might sale a complete replacement for it.
If the backing board is in decent shape recovering it would be the cheapest option. If not, getting one from a junkyard donor and recovering it would probably be the next cheapest option.
Lots of people here and on other automotive forums have recovered them at home, so it can't be too difficult if you want to try your hand at it.
