A few weeks ago the fuel pump in my truck went out. While I was troubleshooting the issue it actually started up again but it would do this weird thing when it idled down; rpms would drop fast like it was about to die but would stop at 500rpm and slowly adjust itself back up and would idle normally. Fast forward to this week it has a new fuel pump and tank pressure sensor, still does the same thing, but now it idles like it has a misfire, only at idle because it drives great. After work I stopped to borrow a scan tool and monitored it while it idled, my phone wouldn't focus for a picture but the numbers I noticed that were weird was 25% load at idle, 18% load while holding the truck at 3k, and the load would go back up when I came off throttle. Does anybody have any ideas what would cause this, I can't imagine these numbers are normal.
