95 3.0 runs rough and lack of power.

Ive got a buddy with a 95 ranger with the 3.0 and hes having a problem with it running rough and having lack of power. Hes replaced most of the ignition system and a few other parts(have to check with him to see exactly what hes replaced). I guess Im looking for other leads on what could be wrong. Is the ICM intergrated in with the ECM on these?

see if the catalytic converters are clogged/melted...

My 3.0 has 2 burned valves. & is acting like yours. Run a compression check
