94 Ranger rear lights

I have read previous forums/posts and still can not figure out the issue.
Tag lights work, 3rd brake light works, all dash lights work.. Tail lights and rear turn signals do NOT, but tad lights DO work. This is a pool service truck with *%^& of rust in bed and frame.
Have replaced master light switch. If it was a simple ground, from what I have read the tag lights (which are tied in) would not work.

HELP PLEASE.

The lights that you have working are a direct line from their on/off switch to the bulb.

You brake/tail/turn lights are routed through the turn signal switch first. I'd look there.
