I recently bought a 94 Ranger 4.0 and had to tow it home to replace the clutch. after replacing the clutch and driving it for a little the cel popped on which I was unaware of when I bought the truck. Codes 172, and 176 popped on and they will only pop on when I start driving doesn't matter how long I let it idle for they won't turn on until I drive a couple minutes down the road. I performed a smoke test on the intake found vacuum leaks at the throttle body, the lower intake plenum, and the TPS. I also performed a smoke test going into the tailpipe but the only leak I was able to find was after the o2 sensors. Replaced all necessary gaskets and parts, reset the battery, code still popped up a couple minutes down the road. Next, I checked Fuel Pressure which with key on engine off sits at about 38 psi Key on engine on is at about 31 I managed to hook up my fuel pressure gauge to the windshield wiper and get a reading while I was driving and the lowest it would drop was about 28-29 psi not sure if being that slightly under would throw a code but could make sense due to the light only coming on when I begin driving?? Don't know what would cause that though. From what I found Key on engine off should be 35-45, Key on engine on should be 30-40 so I'm in the lower end but still in tolerance. I decided to replace both the fuel filter and the fuel pump anyways (didn't replace the fpr because the fuel pressure shot up as it should when pulling the vacuum hose off the regulator). Fuel Pressure stayed pretty similar maybe +1 psi after replacing those parts. Then I just kind of started throwing parts at it (Bad decision) so I will list all parts that I have replaced below.

Lower intake manifold gasket
Upper and lower plenum gaskets
Idle air control valve
Throttle body, throttle body gasket, and tps
Maf sensor
Pcv valve and pcv valve hose
brake booster hose (all other less necessary hoses have been temporarily plugged off at the intake tree bit until I find the issue)
02 sensors (both banks)
fuel filter
O-rings for all fuel injectors top and bottom
fuel pump

And yes, I cleared the codes after replacing all parts. I wasn't sure what else could be the problem but last night I decided to check the under-dash fuse box and found that the fuse for the oxygen heater circuit was not receiving power to either leg of the fuse (along with a few other fuses) after some investigating I found that the Ignition switch located above the steering column was loose on one side like it was missing a clip I fixed that and power was restored to all fuses in the box. I thought for sure I had found the issue this time but when I got in and took it down the road sure enough the codes came back. did a battery reset tonight and tried again, no change. Really not sure where to go from here any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to mention it seems to run and drive fine and when I tried to get it smogged it failed because the tailpipe is reading a rich condition not sure if this is relevant information or not but wanted to add it in
