94 b2300 CEL flashing and low mpg

CEL comes on and off at random while driving and getting about 13mpg When I check the codes it flashes 111 111 1 172 172 with koeo.KOER is 111 111. Anybody know what a common problem is to fix the lean code?

Vacuum leak, most likely.
