the truck 5.0 from my experience so far has been a poor swap candidate, just to get it in and clear the hood(atleast on gen 2) you gotta change to the dual-sump pan and put a atleast a 2 inch body lift on to clear the hood, the a/C box and intake want to share the same place, the accessorys will work, just watch the Power steering box, the Power steering pump sits pretty close but it clears.
as far as fuel injection, the f150 a speed density setup thats bank fire(unless your 95 in MAF) so inorder to run MAF setup and multiport you gotta to change the cam.
i know this cause i used a 91 f150 motor, almost finish with it, gonna try to work on it next weekend. got to redo my injection harness and i got a short somewhere in my wiring, so i am manly down to wiring
