92' 4.0 clear water cylinder heads and Elgin Industries rocker arms and push rods

i had read on here a few months ago about clear water cylinder heads and elgin industries rocker arms and push rods that are said to fix the valvetrain tick these 4.0's develop. my question is, the pushrods do not have oil gallery passages running through them. (grew up building 60's mustangs with dad, 289's and 302's have the hole rifle drilled through them for oil.
i guess what i am asking is, should i call the manufacturer and request a return?

Yes. It'd be kinda hard to get oil to the top end without those holes...

It depends on the design of the oil system. Some top ends use a shaft mounted rocket arms and the shaft carries the oil to the arms. Can you post a pick of the top of the head?

I'm sorry guys. I found the article and re-read it. valve rockers are on a rail system that is fed with oil, and the pushrods are correct for not having the hole drilled.

The solution for a silent 4.0l valvetrain is with verified servicable or new components:
1) size up the rocker arm and rocker oil metering holes 1 machinist drill bit size larger
2)
opt A) using custom sized pushrods to accomplish the proper hydraulic lifter preload (good for about 35k miles)
opt B) use adjustable pushrods
opt C) use 2.9l rockers (6 of them will require a small mill)

I have an 88' and an 86' 2.9l, either one a better option, and how much of a mill? what clearance would I need to be checking?
I also have upgraded rocker arms too, but the first one u pulled out looks to have some casting defects right where the arm leads out to the foot that rides on the valve stem. I'm skeptical about using it, so i reached out to the seller and he said i can return them and buy more again. I'm looking for more of a permanent fix.
