Hey guys,
So I was driving on the highway yesterday and when I came to a stop, my transmission got stuck in 4th gear. I basically pushed super hard on the shift lever while slipping the clutch a bit and eventually managed to get it back into 1st gear and drive home. Then on the way back, it did the same thing at the next stop light. Shifting in and out of 1st-3rd gears works perfectly though. I’ve never had this problem before. Do I have to rebuild my transmission? It has plenty of oil in it and I just checked the shift lever itself to make sure it was fine. Has anyone had this issue before?
