I saw a Dakota with a top and racerback like that at a car show once. It was a green 4x4 IIRC.

ASC did quite a few Ford projects in the late 80's early 90s. You probably know them better as ASC McLaren. Every so often one of their "creations" pops up for sale for some absurd price.
