have 66 eb 9 want to put disk brakes on it. can i put 8.8 disk brakes on it does anybody have 9-inch disk brakes pic would help thank u

I think complete sentences with correct punctuation would get you a better response.

I don't think the 8.8 disk setup will work. There are a LOT of threads out on this conversion. I have done a couple on various axles, including EB axles.

You can do a disk brake conversion for your 9" for under $200.00 and they will be bigger and better brakes then the explorer.

Better braking power. Still no ebrake though. I did mine for under 150$ with all new parts. There are about two dozen different ways to do it but most all come out with the same result.

You can get a parking brake with a disc swap. There is the Eldorado disc swap that has a parking brake.

The eldorado calipers suck, this comes from experience. Yes, they can be made to work. I have yet to find a cable pull that can handle the length that they need to travel to apply proper brake pressure. Plus, new, they are around 120$ each.
