Currently working on a friends b2 with 4.0 engine swap. Keeping the big white plug. Which under hood fuse box is better or easier to use? I see from the wiring diagrams that a few are in the same spot and a few are different. Should I keep the b2 or put the ex. I’m thinking it’s easier to keep the bronco in place but switch the needed relay fuse for the engine. Idk please help.

Those should be similar enough that I would say "use whichever one is less work". As long as you have wiring diagrams for both, just make sure the circuits are all connected properly. It doesn't matter which location each fuse or relay is in, as long as it is the right size fuse and the wires connect to the circuit properly. Then, make sure you have the proper box layout/list of fuses and relays in your glovebox for future reference.
