87 ranger sxt 2.9 v6

i cant get my 1,2,4 injectors to pulse, i ve checked all ground i can find and still no pulse, im only allowed to work on my vehicle for a limited time in my parking lot at my apartments so major overhall is out of the question. I just replaced the PCM hoping that would solve the problem but it didn't help. ive back tracked all wires and they are all fine, what else is there to look at? as a side not the plugins to the non working injectors have power to both side, 2.9 v6 manual tranny

EDIT:
the other injectors are working now after replacing the starter soleniod but the o2 sensor wires aren't hooked up they were pulled from the harness and i cant figure out what wires go where

Idk, i just got this truck a week and a half ago, I would like to meet the person that worked on it before though, the computer i replaced said it was from a 3.0 mercury/sable only. and here it is in a 2.9? they also bypassed the inertia switch and i cant figure out how to rewire it back in cause i dont know what wires go where.
