Most, if not all, came in 2WD and 4x4 versions

The 302/5.0l was used in F-series from 1969 until 1996
Explorers had them from 1996 to 2001, then they were gone

I don’t think he’s saying that the T5 came from an F series. I think he just meant the transfer case came out of the F series and wants to know if it would work with a T5 transmission out of a Mustang or something similar.
