Been having an issue with ltd losseing all electrical power causeing headlights to blink of and drive train (302 non P) to shutter pretty hard driving down the road a few times. It only last for a split second or 2 loosing all spart to the plugs and to inside dash cluster lights then clears 50 mile trips 3 times a week and it may do it once or twice a week,., Iv noticed some corrosion build up on alternator,, iv Could this have anything to do with it?..

No, probably not alternator connection although clean them and battery cables regardless

Follow Positive battery cable to its connection on Starter relay post, disconnect cable from battery then disconnect it from starter relay post along with all the other wires on that post, that's most likely where the disconnect is located
Battery power and alternator power both are on this post, so corrosion there will cut ALL power to vehicle
If alternator was cutting out Battery power would take over, this can be noticed as slight dimming of head lights at idle usually, but wouldn't cause lights to blink off or drive train issue, that's more likely to be a total loss of power, which would be when both battery and alternator power is lost momentarily

And also follow Negative battery cable, disconnect and clean its connection to engine, Ground corrosion cuts power same as 12volt corrosion would

Actually all the corrosion is that spot on alternator, everything else is clean,, battery/relay are clean,. but yes i am loosing all power dead for half a sec when it does it. I will take relay wiring wires loose and inspect it closer.. Thank you for the info its dangerous and needs to be fixed didn't know were to start thinking corrosion on alt couldnt be helping nothing,.

You have to have a connection issue between the battery and the main system. The not-battery end of the battery cable and the cable that ties the alternator into the system meet at the same spot on the starter relay. For what you describe you have to be loosing the alternator and battery at the same time, because the battery could take up that slack if just the alternator was loosing it momentarily. That makes that point where both cables come into the system the best place to start.
