so what your telling me is with a 5.5 superlift i have to cut my axle housings to correct the camber ? the ajustable sleaves wont correct it ?

If your putting a level on the rotor it needs to have the weight of the truck on it.When you have a jack under the arm it changes the leverage ratio against the spring which gives you a higher ride height and throws off your camber measurement. You put your wheel back on roll the truck back and forth a few feet for your ride height to be right.Tape a torpedo level to a straight stick that fits across the wheel your measurement will be more accurate. If I could get the camber close at all I would drive it for a few days new springs can settle which will change your camber too.
