ill tell ya what though, when that 2.9 was running with no oil it sounded like a small block lol. it was super loud and raspy. it sounded better than the pissed off bee type of thing that it had goin on before haha.
well with my 400 in my 79 she only went down about an inch with the motor in her, not much sag at all. your is probably wat, 6-700lb? probably a couple inches, and the springs usually settle a bit after a while too
the engine itself weighs a little over 700 lbs. the reason im concerned is because the coils i have were intended for a 4.0 at the most.![]()
