Has anyone purchased parts through this website or company? I paid for a winch 3 weeks ago and still have not received any word on it. I have tried to contact the owner countless times. Looks as though I may be screwed. I saw the owner talking on a forum about closing down his main fab shop, but he stated that he would continue his online business. It also appears I'm not the only one that has got the shaft recently. Has anyone else had any experience with them?

Well they charged my card almost a month ago now for a winch. I never got a shipment confirmation so I began trying to call and email them. It seems as though Ron (the owner) has closed down his shop, but he claimed he was continuing his online business. I still cannot get ahold of him. He disconnected his phone on Tuesday. If I don't hear from him in the next week I'm goin to take another direction with this. His reputation seemed solid up until the point I placed an order with him. He suddenly quit sending people parts, but continued to accept their money. I even messaged him on facebook asking him to call me. He deleted my message and did not respond.

Damn that sucks I like that site a lot and had a generally good experience. Except I used google checkout and the owner claimed he never received payment so he setup a refund so I had to wait to get my money back, he then took down google checkout as a payment option. After which i used paypal and had no problems except with Rough country taking their sweet time with the drop shipment.

The only reason I waited this long was because I figured that the drop shipment was taking forever. I know the owner has recieved my messages because my order has now been canceled and it says refund applied. I still havent recieved a refund to my account. I didn't see a paypal option, or I would have used that to pay. Hopefully I the refund hits my account in the next few days.

yeah, i had a "duh" moment there, i saw the title of the thread after i posted that. suprised nobody called me a moron lol

i was looking at it, they have some forums there, i'd register and start a thread about how they ripped you off. that'll probably get a response real quick
