Because my order has not shipped in over a week, and I called and they said basically it'll ship when it ships but no eta and the item isn't listed on back order so what's the deal? Just curious what your experiences have been?

still no update gonna be 2 weeks, not including having ordered it once already but the checkout option was buggy so I had to get refunded then reorder with a different payment option...
