ordered new radiator get a little better flow, and have to make a new t-stat housing bc the old one that points down leads right into my motor mount bracket. next step is removal of stock gas tank and get the t-case mocked in place to ensure front pinion is set before final welding the perches and spring mounts.
still not sure what im going to do for track bar...as you can see in the pic its way to much room under there height vs. width to fit one. probably do a coil over style shock and have them valved a little stiffer, maybe that will work?

any updates on this? and may i ask why you didnt use coils and radius arms on the ebd44?

Yeah, whats going on Dave? That reamer work out for you?

i was going with coilovers, but the company i was going to purchase from had a warehouse fire and everything was lost...soo thats when i decided to go leaf. as for the reamer, i havent had a chance to get the front axle out to ream them out :sad: only thing that has changed since beginning of march is the rear is all out. and the front is all tacked in sitting on tires.
more pics of to where i am at;

Been following you on a few forums so subscribed here. Nice work

thanks man. there are a few shows im trying to get it to this summer, so it has to be drivable by end of May i believe. should be attainable if work doesnt get crazy again. as for bigger turbo and injectors, that part of the build may not happen till winter. along with interior

going to cut the brackets for rear springs this week, axle is currently just sitting in place. Along with that i will have the 2 crossmembers for the t-case cut and hopefully welded in this week, so i can finally mount the t-case. using 2"x4" 3/16" rect. tube for the crossmembers, and same for the 2 existing crossmembers down near the rear axle. also going to box the frame fully.

That loooks awesome!! doing one hell of a job!

thanks! I am actually behind schedule, work has gotten busy and has been keeping me from getting what i want to get done on the truck. hoping to have it on the road again soon, definitely has to be done before august b/c it will be at the truck nationals at carlisle.

Lot of questions

What is HP rating on that 4bt?
What transmission did you use?
Is that a 205 t case?

So you used a 2wd f150 trans then?

Yes he did. His truck started life as a 2wd.

yea, i could of swapped but i bought the trans new n got a good deal on it. then found the tcase out in pa for reasonable price so i snagged it instead of running a married setup. trying to get the thing mounted by end of the week, just hoping work stays calm n it actually happens....been saying it for 3 weeks now lol
