4 door ranger

I was in Cancun last weekend and there were these full 4 door Rangers everywhere. Now I don't mean the ext cabs with doors in the the back these were full doors like on the the Sport Trac's. I have looked all over the internet and there is nothing I can find refering to a 4 door Ranger however I know they are out there and I want one. Has anyone else seen these and how do I get one in the States.

It's the south American/Euro Ranger. If you live in the USA/Canada you can't get one.

Use the search function with the words "Four Door Ranger."

You should get somewhere between 10 and 1000 threads about them.
