at this vintage best to run a ms3 setup.
the 4.0 if it is complete is simple to make stand alone.
but... when mixing and matching it can be a nightmare. they can be quite varied with pcm calibrations and wiring types and styles.. egr/non egr sefi/bankfire cam position sensor/non sensor fast burn heads....obd1 or obd2....
