4.0 swap into a bronco 2

I'm new here and I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I've got a 1987 bronco 2 manual 5 speed 4x4, and original 2.9L. My donor vehicle is a 1991 explorer 4.0 automatic. Now what I'm wanting to know is if I replace all the wiring in my bronco 2, even the ones in the dash how would I get it to work with my manual transmission?
