well i screwed up when i was taking wiring out fo the donor truck now i have no clue where anything goes nothing is going right so now im looking for a new truck to drive and trying to part out my ranger. sorry for this but im kinda frustrated right now

It's not like you couldn't start over with another junkyard wiring harness.

when I did my swap I had two sheets of plywood layed out on sawhorses

One with an unaltered 1993 Explorer harness
another with an unaltered 87 Ranger harness
and in between was my truck with BOTH a 1993 explorer harness
and a Ranger harness that I was "melding" together...

The explorer harness was connected to the PCM in the passenger side of the dash

The Ranger harness was connected at the firewall and I just kinda
worked back and forth gradually eliminating what wasn't necissary and merging what was.

I wound up doing ALL my splicing on the drivers side inner fender where it would all be hidden behing the washer/coolant reservoir.
