well i need to get some new shocks and i was looking at these skyjacker 3' lift shocks. i figure i need shocks anyways so why don't i lift it a little bit while im at it. Anyone know how well these shocks are and are a set of 4 worth 135.00? any info would be great.

I don't know anyone that makes shocks for a 3 foot lift...

Lol, yeah it's 3", not 3'.

I've found the Skyjacker Nitro shocks to be good, if allowing a tad bit more rebound than normal.

A set of Bilstein 5100-series shocks will walk all over them though.

maybe he's looking for the shocks on this truck ? :icon_rofl:

do you know if i would have to change the springs for that or can i keep my stock ones

Huh??

Do you have or not have a 3" lift?? (suspension lift)

i don't yet, i was just wondering if i put the shocks in would it lift the truck without buying any shocks

No... the shocks only control the spring oscillations (bouncing)... they don't actually support the vehicle.

My question is how are you going to get the shocks to put in if you don't buy them in the first place?

just the shocks won't lift the truck. To lift the truck you will need a "kit" for much over 2 inches. For around 2inches there are a few tricks in the Tech libary at the top of the screen.

you will need a full alighment afterwards as well.so keep the in account with the wallet.
