This baby appears to have some kind of vapour lock going on, after warming up and then shutting down, tranny fluid is being forced up and out of the filler tube, how bizzar, any thoughts out there? Thanks

You will need to not drive it, for sure.

Remove trans cooler lines, at the transmission, and check for blockage

Remove pan and check/replace filter, and see if there are bits and pieces(debris) in pan and old fluid

I'd check the trans case vent tube. It's possible it's plugged up with mud or grease and that would cause excess pressure and heat to escape somewhere. The vent tube starts on the top of the transmission - there is a short rubber hose, then a steel line that goes up towards the engine and is bent at the top and comes back down a bit. It's really a pain to play with as there is not much room but you might be able to see the end of it from the passenger side.
