Does anyone know where I can get a 3.0 stroker kit for a 1999 Ford ranger?

Be more cost effective to swap in a 302
It would be even more cost efffective to just add a small turbo to the vulcan, wouldn't it?A 2.3 and a little turbo would be cost effective, and make more power![]()
That's kind of what I was thinking. Throw a turbo on it and run it till it busts. Might take custom headers, but likely to be cheaper and make more power than stroking the 3.0L or a swap.It would be even more cost efffective to just add a small turbo to the vulcan, wouldn't it?

Or you could turbo/supercharge the 302 after you change the same exact parts you changed to put in the weedwacker engine and make even more powerA 2.3 and a little turbo would be cost effective, and make more power![]()

So it would be doubly better then a 2.3Well.. that WOULD be better than a 2.9 hehe
Should i drag a 4000lb trailer behind my 2.9 to make it roughly fair?Yeah yeah yeah.. just you wait until I get the big cam in my king of all motors.. then youll see... youll ALLLLLLL see!

You could strip all the weight you could off that thing and I'd be halfway down the return road while your still somewhere half trackShould i drag a 4000lb trailer behind my 2.9 to make it roughly fair?
Or would the lima choke and puke with jealousy the 2.9 can move a 4000lb trailer?
