3.0L Stroker Kit???

Thinking of rebuilding my engine soon... i saw the Tom Morana stroker kit and was wondering if any one out there has used this kit. or anything stroker kit. Is it worth it?

It might be more worth it to someone who is already pulling the motor for a rebuild anyways because most of the work is going to get done anyways.

why wasnt it worth it? No much of increase in power? too expensive? Time?

Thats what im thinking of... Im gonna pull it out and do a rebuild on it any ways... not today but when i get some more cash and after i get my lift kit...
