265-70-16 tires

I have been given a set of 265-70-16 tires. I have 31-10.50-15 on now with 4.56 gears in the rear end. If I go up one inch rim will it effect my performance any. thanks for any advice.

Why are you running a 4:56 rear gear with a 4 cly and 31 inch tires? Did you install the gear thinking about adding some 33-35 inch tires later on?
The 16's will look really good on there!!! What rims are you running?

Rim diameter doesn't matter, it's the tire diameter. A 265/70-16 and 31x10.50-15 are really about the same size, so it won't make any difference.

The shop that put the lift on put the 4.56 gears in. That is what they suggested to put in
