I have a 1993 ford ranger 4x4 with 265-75-15 tires. This is what the tag number on the door plate has also. If I place 235-75-15 on what will happen? Gas Mileage? Handling? Speedometer correctness? thanks for your response, Jim

the 235 tires are significantly shorter than the 265's. My truck has 235's from the factory and I think it looks stupid. I'm thinking about switching to 265's, but I will want to correct the speedo by swapping the speedo gear and am not sure which one I would need to buy.
