245/60r15 on stock 2WD 93 Ranger?

Thanks for the link! using that calculator found some sizes that provided more A/T options for the stock wheels (which is what I wanted to keep).
You are welcome. I have found that thing to be very useful a number times.

My 2¢:

Their fitting isn't the question: the question is their effect on performance:
Fitting over the spindle in minor concern, but a '93 2WD should have the small 2.5" diameter spindles and most <all> rims will have larger centers.

The 245/60R15s are ~7% larger than the stock 195/70R14s; which will be the same as going from 3.73s to 3.45s. They're also ~2" wider (~25%), so the performance loss will be magnified by the size/weight increase (and Colorado Springs isn't exactly at sea level).

Not saying don't do it; just be aware of the impact.

Correct typos:
Yeah 7% taller and 2" wider may not result in the ride i'm looking for. Thanks to a link to a tire calculator someone provided I found a size that's only 1.99% that provides a larger range of A/T options while keeping my stock wheels (27x8.50R14).
