I have search the forum, and came accross Jims post:

My question is regarding the front end bumper. Are all the 98-2011 direct bolt on fit?

The basic frame and body panels are the same. So, technically, yes. The earlier Rangers had more steel in the bumper but I think the height and mount location are the same.

Then, you will have to pick a valence. I think there are 3 different styles.
