Ive got over-analysis paralysis on this one...
Kids 2010 ford ranger has the typical worn front sway bar end links,

heard many nightmares that many brands dont last....
My suspension guys I use to work with always say for Motorcraft...

Anyone have some good success with any brands they would recommend?
moog, precision, ksp, Detroit axle, etc...
My heads spinning.
Dont want to do this again in 6 months.

Thanks!!!

Since sway bar links don't affect alignment, I'd go with the second cheapest and hope for the best. I've never actually had a problem with Moog stuff but I think they changed recently to more overseas production.

just reading reviews, seems like majority dont last...
Not sure if its install error....

Sway bar links will wear out faster for people who turn often (think live in a city) or have other parts loose. Also keep in mind most people don't write reviews unless they have a problem.

Best of luck whatever you go with.

I’ve gone to using Duralast (Autozone) since they have a “lifetime” warranty (basically as long as you own the vehicle). The bushings have a habit of dry rotting through in a year or so but there’s a Gold option with urethane bushings that I’m inclined to try the next time around (upgrades you pay the difference if you warranty something). The design of the front sway bar links on the 98-11 trucks, IMHO, is hard on the bushings no matter what brand.
