2007 Ranger Gauge cluster swap questions!

i have a 2007 ranger, and sometimes i have problems with my tach. i bought a white faced gauge cluster off ebay that is from a 2007 ranger, but when i plug it in, the truck wont start. what do i need to do to make this work??

have it programed by ford. your computer is seeing a different cluster and is stopping you from doing it. ford can set the miles for the truck, and make it work. also rolling back miles without notifying a dmv is illegal. and if you have taken it to service lately, they know how many miles it has.
