2006 Ranger FX4 Level II

Thanks.

And I'm actually getting a different axle now.

The one I have is a low pinion. All there was locally for a long time so I just bought it. And the night I brought it home a high pinion popped up lol. So I'm grabbing that one now to.

But it's all good. I can sell the old one for more than I paid. Or use it to learn on. How to set up gears etc.

Good call on the HP. My d44 is a low pinion but I should be able to make it work well.

Yeah. Was looking for one for a while. There were only LP's. And in typical luck of mine, a HP popped up just after I decide to just get a LP.

Anyways, this ones complete. More $$ but less parts ilk have to buy. Plus I can easily make a profit off buying the two axles. Paid so little for the first one, and the second one is pretty cheap to. Will sell gears and carriers from both, then use the low pinion go learn on. How to set gears etc.

Measured for shocks today. Top mount to bottom mount with the tires off the ground 28". So I'll grab 12" travel shocks. 30" extended. That way I'm not over extending them.

Oh yeah, flexed it out. Stock shocks limiting the tire from dropping more.

Tire off the ground in that last one. Can't tell though. I needs me a locker in the back!

I vote for Bilstein 5125 Offroad Shocks thats just my 2 cents

Doing bilstien 5125's.

And not getting that high pinion d30. Guy listed as having a 98, turns out the axle he's trying to sell me is from a 2000.

Hate when people do that shit.

Why? Because I can.
