My trucks been down for almost a year with a misfire. Mechanics can not fix it. So far i have replaced.

Ignition coil- x2
Plugs
Wires
ECM
Intake manifold gasket
Fuel filter

It will run fine on some days.. but then i can crank it up and it will misfire for about 5 minutes.. sometimes longer. once the engine warms up it tends to clear up.. but recently has started misfiring again randomly going up the road. The code im getting is for a cylinder 1 misfire, but when the shops plug it in.. it shows cylinder 6 misfiring, not cylinder 1. I have good compression all around.. not losing coolant, and the oil is clean.

The shop i have it at is recommending my next option will be to replace an 02 sensor... they tell me if that doesn't work they arent working on it anymore.

HELP! :icon_confused:

Well the 02 sensor didnt fix it.. im not suprised.. but now i have another bill of $325 ... and my truck is still the same as it was when i first dropped it off in march!
