2001 ford ranger 2.5 l is stuck in gear.

Hello i have a 2001 ford ranger 2.5l and its stuck in geae. Now ive read some posts that r similar to my situation and i read that i need to realign the shift rails and even tho it was said how to do it i still dont understand how to realign the 3 rails can someone please help me is there a video i can watch or something
