2000 Ford Ranger XLT stalling while driving

Hi I have a 4cyl 2000 ranger xlt which is now stalling while driving. Loses power & stalls out , but no check engine light comes one. Did plugs & wires recently & all was ok until yesterday.

Any ideas of what is going on?

Check the stuff you just put on. Something may be loose.
